Best Virtual Executive Assistant Services for Founders and Executives
An executive assistant sees your inbox, your calendar and often your card details, so screening and continuity count for more than the hourly rate. Among the specialists here, plans run from $549 a month for 10 hours to $3,300 or more for a share of one senior assistant. We compared prices, screening, and what happens when an assistant leaves.

FAQ
What is the best virtual executive assistant service?
It depends on how much commitment you want. On our rubric Double scores highest for its published plans and short terms, Prialto is strongest on backup coverage, and ProAssisting requires at least 5 years of experience from every assistant. The full ranking above shows the score behind each one.
How much does a virtual executive assistant cost?
Among the specialists on this page, published prices start at $549 a month for 10 hours (Double), $1,500-$1,600 a month for 55 hours (Prialto), $2,299-$3,959 a month for 25-45 hours (Delegate Solutions) and $3,300 a month for a third of one assistant's capacity (ProAssisting).
What's the difference between a virtual assistant and a virtual executive assistant?
A general VA usually works through a task list. An executive assistant supports one leader closely, so the job includes judgment calls: which emails matter, which meetings to protect, what to prepare before a board call. Ask for proof of experience with executives, not just admin work.
Is it safe to give an executive assistant access to my email?
It can be, if you set it up with care. Ask about background checks and NDAs, use a password manager rather than sharing passwords, and start with limited access. Add more as trust builds.
Scores blend our six-criteria rubric (70%) with industry fit (30%). Prices and terms are as published by each service and checked in November 2026. Spotted an error? Tell us.
